Data Processing Agreement

1. Purpose

This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) supplements the AirInduct Sim Terms of Service and governs how AirInduct Sim processes Customer Personal Data on behalf of the Customer.

2. Scope of processing

AirInduct Sim acts as a Processor for Personal Data submitted by the Customer or its authorized users in connection with the use of the AirInduct Sim simulation platform.

3. Subprocessors

A current list of subprocessors is maintained at /legal/subprocessors. We will notify Customer of any changes in accordance with applicable data protection law.

4. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect Personal Data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. Details are available at /legal/security.

5. International transfers

Where Personal Data is transferred outside its country of origin, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
